PLANT MANAGER
Broce Manufacturing Company located in Fairview, Oklahoma is looking for an experienced Plant Manager to oversee and coordinate all production operations within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be a strategic decision-maker who ensures that production processes deliver products of maximum quality in a profitable manner.
Roles and Responsibilities

- Oversee daily production of the plant and ensure policies and procedures are followed
- Develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality, and productivity.
- Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations.
- Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
- Responsible for production output, product quality, and on-time shipping.
- Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
- Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.
- Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.
- Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime.
- Commit to plant safety procedures.
- Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics, and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
- Provide support to production teams and manage efficient integration of workflow.
- Ensure compliance to all schedule for machines and facilities working through Preventative Maintenance department
- Ensure optimal level of company performance and administer employee workforce and assist in all continuous improvement activities
- Assist production team to implement business goals through appropriate lean manufacturing methodology
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, business, engineering or equivalent work experience as a Plant Manager or similar role.
- Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise.
- Knowledge of safety, quality, productivity, inventory, and stewardship processes.
- Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, and human resources).
- Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office.
- Dedicated team building, decision-making, and people management skills.
